"great headphones" 1/9/2011
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Skullcandy Icon Headphones
  • Pros:  lightweight, good sound, great looking
  • Cons:  bad fit,

Experience:   I love these headphones. They are very VERY lightweight, when i go snowboarding i forget they are on my head(besides the fact that music is playing). I use these for snowboarding, school, casual wear, and even skateboarding. The only thing about these great headphones is that without a beanie underneath, the fitting is a bit off but then again, it might just be me. i love these headphones. if you are reading this and contemplating getting these, get them.
"a Great skate shoe" 4/5/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Ipath Alfaro Skate Shoes Men's
  • Pros:  good feel, stiff soles, a classic skate shoe

Experience:   I love these shoes. I do alot of vert stuff so these shoes really helped. they were stiff and had a good board feel and grip. They are strong enough to hold up against the basic wears and tears of skating, and if they can do that, they can stand up against anything. they are comfy and i even landed my first 360 flip in them. these shoes are forever in my heart
"Most Beautiful Shoes Ever." 4/5/2011

  • Name: 2010 Ipath Reed Skate Shoes Men's
  • Pros:  Looks SOOOO Good, Lots of Padding, Ladies love it + its eco-friendly
  • Cons:  Gets Dirty Easy, Not Good for Skating,

Experience:   i love these shoes so much. i always get a compliment from wearing the shoes. i got the red one. looks great, its made of hemp, feels great. its full of padding so your ankles and heels are protected, its all around a great shoe, just dont skate them because the red one can tear easily. over all, GET THESE SHOES.
"pretty good" 1/26/2011

  • Name: 2010 Adio Version 2 Skate Shoes Men's
  • Pros:  durable soles, comfortable,
  • Cons:  not very durable material,

Experience:   I am going to be honest, i found these shoes on the ground one day and they happened to fit me and they were fairly new so i waited an hour and picked them up.so i skated them, alot and the soles were great which i go through soles pretty fast because i cruise alot too, i actually landed my first 360 flip on it so they are close to my heart, its just when they started to get ripped i noticed that the sides of the shoes were really fragile, inside the shoes too. the heel cup started to cave in and started to scratch up the back of my ankle so i promptly threw them away.

  • Name: 2010 Circa 8 Track Skate Shoes Men's
  • Pros:  Great look, Great feel, very comfortable
  • Cons:  the sole is kinda weak,

Experience:   These were one of my favorite skate shoes of all time, its hard to go wrong with circa anyway. they were very comfortable and i had an awesome time skating in these, they lasted me about a month and a half on a skate schedule of about 4 days per week
"nice shoes, a bit fragile" 1/26/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Globe Motley Mid Skate Shoes - Men's
  • Pros:  Comfy, Great looking, Great skating feel
  • Cons:  The sole's tore easily, the sole became disconected with the shoe,

Experience:   They were really great at first and i loved skating them but im also a member of JROTC Drill team so in about a month of marching in them, i got about half a months worth of walking in them. the sole tore in my toe from setting up to a trick and then other shoe had a hole in the center from cruising and stopping by dragging my feet, so i really used these shoes but in the end the sole itself came apart from the rest of the shoe and it broke easily.
"ladies love the tarmac" 1/26/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Gravis Tarmac Vulc Skate Shoes Men's
  • Pros:  very nice looking, VERY comfortable,
  • Cons:  not durable ,

Experience:   I wear it EVERYWHERE,i got a lot of compliments from the ladies about these very nice shoes. I did however make the mistake of skating with them, they felt great but obviously they tore pretty fast so that was not just a tear in my shoe but a tear in my heart.
"not bad..." 1/11/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 DC Siloh Snowboard Boots Men's
  • Pros:  easy to put on, easy to take off, look great
  • Cons:  too much flex, get loose easily, excess string
  • Fit:  stiff
  • Flex:  soft
  • Shoe Size:  8.5
  • Boot Size:  9

Experience:   These boots seemed great when i researched them, but when i got them it was a bit of a different story. i am happy with them but when i hit the slopes, they always seemed loose, half the time they actually were but the other half i forgot that they werent very tight in the first place. Eventually i figured out that the trick to these boots is to REALLY tighten the inside boot and the outside is nearly impossible to tighten. they are somewhat comfortable but they were a bit wide.
"for beginners " 1/11/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Ride LX
  • Pros:  cheap price, good for beginners, looks great
  • Cons:  heavy, cheap bindings,
  • Flex:  soft

Experience:   these were great as my beginner bindings, i still have them and use them but after some time, and improving, these have shown to be somewhat fragile and i also find myself having to tighten them every hour. they are very forgiving but because they are so heavy they dont really work for some freestyle and park manuvers. If you are better than intermediate or a park/freestyle rider, skip these. if you are just starting, and need cheap and great looking bindings, here they are.
"Great gloves! bit bulky..." 1/11/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Burton GoreTex Gloves
  • Pros:  Extra warm, durable,
  • Cons:  bulky, stiff,

Experience:   I love these gloves because they are so warm and it was like having a hand warmer inside of my gloves. the only problem was how bulky they were but, if you are looking for warm gloves, they probaly are going to be big.
"ok. no better, no worse." 1/9/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Skullcandy Riot Ear Buds
  • Pros:  sounds great, looks great,
  • Cons:  hard to get in with gloves, becomes loose, the wire tangles easily

Experience:   I liked these headphones while ive had them, but they broke when the wire caught onto a desk at school and when i got up the wire tore off from the jack. I used them for snowboarding a couple times but they kept falling out after a while and everytime i had to take off my gloves and freeze. I also had to keep pushing them back in my ears which 70% of the time i ended up having to take off my gloves again. these are good headphones if you are going to use them for casual use but not for snowboarding.
