"Infinite Possibilities" 4/4/2011
Helpful Review?   (2) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2011 Flow Infinite Reverse Camber Snowboard Men's
  • Skill:  Intermediate
  • Use:  Groomed,High Speeds,Off Trail,Park,Powder,Ungroomed
  • Pros:  Fast Base, Durable, Carves like a Dream

Experience:   I Love The Infinite...Period. Excellent board for anyone who wants to go from the freshies in the bowls right down to the boxes 'n kickers in the park. When I first rode this board, I couldn't wait to try it out. Next thing I know is not eating lunch that day due to the fun of this board!!! It carves quick, goes fast while being stable, and is durable. I put this board through two weeks of hell. Rocks, handrails, awkward landings, you name it! Not a scratch or dent or any signs of abuse on this beast!

  • Name: 2011 DC Tone Snowboard Men's
  • Skill:  Intermediate
  • Use:  Butters,Groomed,Jibs,Jumps,Low Speeds,Switch Riding
  • Pros:  Good flex, Poppy, Forgiving
  • Cons:  Unstable at high speeds, Weird design?,

Experience:   I demoed this board in January and it was a exceptional board for it's type. I mostly used it in the park and it held up great. It was good for rails and jibbing, and it buttered super nicely. Nose and Tail presses were very easy to perform on rails and boxes as well. I havent tried it in the halfpipe but from how it held it's edge, im not sure i would go too seriously on the pipe. It isn't necesarily a freeride or pipe board because i noticed it when you are going fast, it gets unstable and wobbly and almost feels as if you are soon to be in the Emergency Room. wasn't so alright for powder either but it floated enough to roll on out. I recommend this board for park riders and the occasional groomer.
"Warm!" 4/6/2011

  • Name: 2011 Wigwam Snow Sirocco Socks
  • Pros:  Warm, Thin, Light
  • Cons:  Tears/Rips easily,
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L
  • Description:  Just Right

Experience:   I love these socks. I use them whenever I go to a place cold (ex. top of a mountain maybe?) They keep your feet warm and dry. No need for foot warmers. They are thin as well so they wont put any unnecessary pressure on your foot if your boot is an odd fit for your foot. The only issue with these socks is they are not very durable like other socks. But I wouldnt worry too much about that.

  • Name: 2011 Burton Air Logo Snowboard Mat
  • Pros:  Grippy, Light, Cool design

Experience:   I mean, it does it's job perfectly... it's a stomp pad. WRONG this stomp pad is excellent. It's more than a stomp pad. It's a boot magnet. It is light, durable, and incredibly grippy. I can probably go down Corbet's Couloir with this thing.

  • Name: 2010 Rainbow Premier Leather Sandals Men's
  • Pros:  Durable, Comfortable, Leather
  • Cons:  Break-in process,

Experience:   I used these at the beach last year and they were great. Super comfy and durable. The leather is great too, but the break-in process took a little for me. They can really take a beating too! Highly recommend for any beach goer.

  • Name: 2010 O'Neill Hyperfreak Boardshorts Men's
  • Pros:  Stretchy, Comfortable, Don't stick to legs
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  M
  • Fits Like:  M
  • Description:  Just Right

Experience:   These are my favorite board shorts i own. I usually use them to go to the river and wakeboard/surf and they hold up great. They fit perfectly as a medium and they are nice and stretchy if you are between medium/large. They dont stick to your legs either, which almost all my boardshorts do. They barely fade in the ocean and are machine wash safe (they wont shrink). GET THIS

  • Name: 2011 Vans Versa Skate Shoes
  • Pros:  Very comfortable, Breathable, Flexy

Experience:   I got these shoes yesterday and they are excellent. They have the perfect fit and are extremely comfortable. The canvas makes this shoe very breathable and won't make your foot hot or tight. It is also very very flexible and are very nice to walk distances in them. This shoe is worth 70 bucks in my world haha. Highly recommend this shoe to ANYBODY

  • Name: 2009 Skullcandy Ink'd Earbuds
  • Pros:  cool design and color, sound is pretty good, good replacement earbuds
  • Cons:  breaks very easily, sound gets distorted after a while, kind of uncomfortable

Experience:   These are pretty good earbuds if you plan to buy set after set... after set...... after set... if you know what i mean. They are not very durable and are uncomfortable. They do have a cool design though and the sound is good for like the first week you have them.

  • Name: 2011 Dakine Torque Driver Snowboard Tool
  • Pros:  Lasts long, Light, Quick and easy
  • Cons:  Rust,

Experience:   This tool is very very useful to have on the slopes. It is pretty much a must if you want to go on a long mission down a mountain. It is incredibly simple to use and it is very convenient when you encounter issues with your setup in the middle of a trail. It also lasts very long as I have the 2008 version. It is pretty much the same though. i recommend this to whoever snowboards

  • Name: 2011 Forum Destroyer Chillydog Snowboard Men's
  • Skill:  Advanced
  • Use:  Boxes,Jumps,Rails
  • Pros:  Very Quick Base, Good Flex, Durable

Experience:   This is a sick board. I rode it last weekend and I LOVE IT. Very fast base for charging kickers. Pretty forgiving too. I mainly use this in the park, as my other board is mostly freeride. I was surprised at how much they improved the Destroyer from two years ago. I highly recommend this board

  • Name: 2010 Oakley A Frame
  • Pros:  Stay's Put, No fog, Durable

Experience:   I like these goggles A LOT! I like them so much that i use them pretty much whenever i wanna go fast without a windshield in front of me (mountain biking, longboarding) They look SICK and they stay attached to your helmet. They are also very very durable. I slammed my head on the lip of the halfpipe, goggles first (ouch), and they still looked brand new after that... GO OAKLEY!

  • Name: 2010 Burton Custom
  • Pros:  Forgiving, Stable, Quick Responsiveness
  • Cons:  Toe strap,
  • Flex:  mid

Experience:   SWEET binding for the cheap price this year. I bought the 2010 ones cause i really didnt see a difference with the 2011 ones. Got the bright green ones and they are SICK. Very forgiving and also very responsive on those tree runs that test your quickness. Love these things!
"Well, it is Burton" 4/4/2011

  • Name: 2011 Burton Invader Snowboard Boots Men's
  • Pros:  Easy to tighten,
  • Cons:  Uncomfortable, Unreliable,
  • Fit:  mid
  • Flex:  mid
  • Shoe Size:  12
  • Boot Size:  12.5

Experience:   I got this boot thinking so much of it. What's not to like, It's cheap, got good reviews, and all my buddies have burton boots. So I got me some. First day riding was good, but after lunch when i tightened the boot by pulling those string things, they snapped off. I was P.O.ed. They were also very tight for a size 12 like me. I did not like these but they may also not be the right boot for me.
