  • Name: 2010 Salomon Ace Magnum Wide Snowboard 155 Men's
  • Skill:  Beginner
  • Use:  Groomed,Low Speeds,Powder,Ungroomed
  • Pros:  you can ride this board anywhere , very poppy,
  • Cons:  Gets a little squirly at high speeds , high maintnence ,

Experience:   this was my first snowboard ever and was great it helped me progress throughout my 3 years ive owned this board. It does alright in the park more of a freeriding cruise board. But it does nicely off of small to meduim size jumps. overall this was a great board for freeriding and taught me everything I know about snowboarding today. I recomend this board to beggining to intermediate riders.

"pretty good boot" 10/11/2011

  • Name: 2007 Burton Ion
  • Pros:  good for freeriding ,
  • Cons:  really stiff , not for freestyle riding ;(,
  • Shoe Size:  8.5
  • Boot Size:  8.5

Experience:   I used these boots for about a year and they were really stiff. I wasnt really imprpessed with them. You can't ride it through the park or anything like that its a pretty stiff boot, and there pretty pricy. Don't get me wrong its a great boot for the free rider. I would recomond this boot to the intermediate free rider.

  • Name: 2011 Burton Freestyle OneUp Snowboard Bindings Men's
  • Pros:  quick strap in , good in the park,
  • Cons:  not great on jibs ,
  • Flex:  mid

Experience:   my friend has the bindings and he swears by them. I didnt really beleive him until he let me strap into them. they were great overal binding they did awesome in the park. I took them off alot jumps and they were great. the one thing i didnt like about them is they wernt great on jibs. but you can ride these bindings anywhere not just in the park. I recomend this binding to the beginer to the intermediate freestyle rider.
"bad quality " 10/8/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2008 Burton Dominant Snowboard Men's
  • Skill:  Beginner
  • Pros:  nothing,
  • Cons:  stiff , not a good park board ,

Experience:   my friend owns this board and let me ride it for a day. It was a bad quality burton board. i didnt think there was such a thing as a bad quality burton board until i got on this. this board is way to stiff to be a jibbing board. its not very durable either the edges were dinged from rails. i would not recomend this board to anyone
