"Warranty service is very slow"

I used the bindings three times before my toe buckle broke. I still can tighten it, but I can't get it tight enough because the lever is too short.
I contacted warranty center three weeks ago and only one response so far. They have requested to upload a picture, which I already did, but their tempo will irritate anyone.
The binding itself is good. Another thing is that's worth mentioning is poor highback fixation - I found it in the backmost position couple of times after descending from the mountain. However, I believe this can be fixed by a little adjustment with a help of Allen key, but since I cannot get a new buckle, it seems I won't know this soon.
