"Great shirt but a little small" 11/1/2012
Helpful Review?   (3) Yes    (1) No

  • Name: 2011 Sierra Headphones TShirt Men's
  • Pros:  Great Design, Nice and Soft Material, Good Color
  • Cons:  Meduim fits like a small,
  • Fit:  Too small
  • My Size:  M
  • Fits Like:  S
  • Description:  Very snug medium. One size up from your usual should help.

Experience:   I received this shirt yesterday in the mail and was very excited to try it on. the color and design were just as I had expected, however the size was just a little too small for me. I usually always wear mediums but with this shirt I will most definately need a large. Even if the large is a little bigger it will shrink some after a good wash then all will be right with the world. So overall great shirt, you just may want to size up from your original.
"Best Goggles I Have Owned" 4/18/2013
Helpful Review?   (2) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2013 Spy Platoon Goggles
  • Pros:  Very Comfortable, Great Color , Awesome Clarity
  • Cons:  Plain Bronze Lense,

Experience:   SPY is by far my absoulute favorite goggle brand for snow and even motocross. they fit perfectly without an helmet and do not fog up at all. they also have a very nice field of veiw and stay secure. For anyone with a helmet, I have a Giro Seam helmet and they fit wonderfully with it so it should fit just as well with most other helmets out there. I have owned oakleys as well but do prefer SPY because of the way they fit me personally. It isn't listed on the site but they do come with an extra low light lense also which is awesome. Thank you Trusnow for the great product.
"Comfortable Binding for a Great Price" 2/21/2013
Helpful Review?   (2) Yes    (1) No

  • Name: 2013 Union Atlas Snowboard Bindings
  • Pros:  beautiful binding, good med flex, comfort
  • Flex:  mid

Experience:   perhaps one of my all time favorite bindings ever. they go perfectly with my orange/red 2012-13 skatebanana and are extremely comfortable for all day riding. they are built extremely well and will last for may years with good care and maintenance. they have just the right flex for great terrain park action and great to go all over the mountian in general i plan on purchasing another pair when i get another board as well. i wear a 10.5 in vans boot so i got the L/XL and downsized the binding just a bit and it fit AMAZINGLY. also i went to michaels and got durable paint and added somemore orange on the highback and buckles and it added some sweet customization to it as you can see in my pic. i love to customize my gear to fit my style. wonderful binding for a great price. i still would like to add a pic to this review as with my skate banana review but am unsure as to how. any remarks? just let me know.
"Skate Banana 156" 2/21/2013
Helpful Review?   (2) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2013 Lib Tech Skate Banana BTX Snowboard
  • Skill:  Intermediate
  • Use:  Boxes,Jumps,Rails
  • Pros:  perfect size, amazing graphic, magnetraction
  • Cons:  not fully wrapped metal edge,

Experience:   This board is absolutely awesome and i plan on having it for a pretty long time. I am 5'10 175 and got the 156 regular. I bought it this past year and it is one of the best boards i have ever been on. i have always liked boards with a mild rocker but nothing too serious and this board has just that. it has a little bend in the very center then it goes flat for the rest of the board until the ends where it curves up some more. it handles perfectly and precisely with great magnetraction hold the whole time. i am a big park rider all over and i especially love to be in terrain parks. the board holds up perfectly there and has not given me any problems to date. the graphic is EXACTLY what i wanted. it has a sweet flamelike swirl to it in orange/red and black. also i got it for a great deal and you cant beat that. i have my picture i want to upload but i cant find out how to.
"Very Reliable Binding" 1/29/2013
Helpful Review?   (2) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2013 Rossignol Cage Snowboard Bindings
  • Pros:  very good hold, easy ratchet, great control
  • Cons:  sometimes makes toes numb,
  • Flex:  mid

Experience:   I really liked this binding a lot. It is not on the same level as my Union Atlas but it is a great deal and a very strong performer. The hold is exceptional and it is very east to take on and off especially for quickly getting on after the lift. it has really smooth action and stays put for the entire ride no matter how long it is. my right foot was the only one that had issues with the last two toes going numb but it wasnt that bad and i just loosened it up after my run to let them rest and all was good. these are a great buy for someone getting started or and intermediate that wants a good park binding to match their park/all mtn. board.
"Great Board For All Riders" 1/23/2013
Helpful Review?   (2) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2013 Rossignol Trickstick CYT Amptek Midwide Snowboard 154
  • Skill:  Intermediate
  • Use:  Butters,Groomed,Halfpipe,Jibs,Jumps,Switch Riding,Ungroomed
  • Pros:  Wonderful Control, Really Good Flex, Very Stable
  • Cons:  Not Very Fast ,

Experience:   I absolutely love twin boards and this one is another great one. I rode this in a 154 MW and I am 5'11 175 with a size 10.5 Vans boot. At first I thought I would not be able to do well on this board since it was much smaller than what I am used to but surprisingly it held up very nicely throughout my entire week long trip. I went to three different Utah parks dring my week and it performed very well in all tree of them on every section i took it in, from the slopes to the terrain parks. it has a flex that is a 4 out of 10 and I really like 4-6 flex so that fit me perfect. It carved very nicely on each level of difficulty on the mountain and required very little maintainance. it flowed very nicely and tracked well on jumps and boxes throughout the day too. my friend never snowboarded in his life until this trip and i was able to teach him how to ride very easily on this board. in my opinion the board is not very fast but that could be simply due to the size i had at the time considering i usually ride at least 157s. this is an awesome park board for any style of rider and especially great for beginners to learn on since it is so well balanced.
"Good binding for a decent price" 12/28/2012
Helpful Review?   (2) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2013 Union Force Snowboard Bindings
  • Pros:  nice snug fit, good hold, durable materials
  • Flex:  mid

Experience:   i got a brand new pair for christmas and really like them a lot so far. I have used them a handful of times and they perform great as of now with no problems what so ever. I got these to replace a first set of used bindings and they are so much better than what i had and i am very glad that i upgraded. they fit my boot very nicely (Andreas Wiig) and the ankle strap holds me in wonderfully without pinching or being to tight. I do a lot of freeriding and it has been good for me on that. Also i got them in black and the color looks good and goes with my board nicely. thses mount on any type of board easily and stay on with no effort at all. these are great for any type of riding at a decent price that won't kill your bank account.
"Awesome and Comfortable Pants" 12/4/2012
Helpful Review?   (2) Yes    (1) No

  • Name: 2012 686 Mannual Standard Snowboard Pants Men's
  • Pros:  great fit, warm , good flexibility
  • Cons:  none,
  • Pant Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  M
  • Fits Like:  M
  • Description:  Just the right fit for layering

Experience:   I just got these in yesterday from off of the internet and they fit wonderfully and are very warm too, but not smothering. They were surprizingly cheap too and they had my size in the gray color, which is medium. They have nice flex and do not bind my legs. the material is nice and waterproof enough too. these pants go well with a red jacket that I have and are an overall great deal.
"Sweet Goggles" 11/23/2012
Helpful Review?   (2) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2011 Spy Targa II Goggles Men's
  • Pros:  great fit , awesome price, durable

Experience:   This is a simple and amazing goggle. I got these on sale and the price can't get much better. They fit my ace perfectly as well as my helmet when I choose to wear it. They also stay securely on your face and when attached to the helmet. Additionally the ventilation does a great job at keeping the fog out.
"The only socks I wear with boots" 10/31/2012
Helpful Review?   (2) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2013 Smartwool Hike Light Crew Socks
  • Pros:  Keep your feet dry, Nice snug fit, Good cushioning
  • Cons:  Expensive for one pair of socks,
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L
  • Description:  Not too thick but offer enough padding.

Experience:   I really enjoy wearing these socks with any boot that I have. My military boots sometimes rub right on the inside of my foot and gives me blisters. When I first tried these socks I was really relieved since they padded my foot and prevented rough rubbing since they slide nicely inside the boots. Also you would think that these socks would make you sweat a lot but they tend to keep my feet pretty dry and snug in the boots. I have a bunch of these in black and in dark grey as well for hiking and road marches and such. They also do not wear out easily and I still have the first pair that I purchased.
"Great All Around Board by Ride" 10/26/2012
Helpful Review?   (2) Yes    (1) No

  • Name: 2012 Ride DH2 Snowboard
  • Skill:  Intermediate
  • Use:  Boxes,Jumps,Rails
  • Pros:  Balanced, Light Weight, Inexpensive

Experience:   I have yet to find a board that has performed for me as well as the Ride DH2. I used to have a Standard DH and i noticed that the hybrid camber did not force the board to lose the pop and stability I was used to. Very solid underfoot like a traditionally cambered board, however the lowrise gives it a good float. This is just about the perfect board for me.
"Great Boot by Vans" 10/25/2012
Helpful Review?   (2) Yes    (1) No

  • Name: 2012 Vans Andreas Wiig Snowboard Boots Men's
  • Pros:  extremely comfortable, warm, adjustable stiffness
  • Cons:  a littel bit hard to lace,
  • Fit:  mid
  • Flex:  mid
  • Shoe Size:  10.5
  • Boot Size:  10.5

Experience:   It took me a long time to do my research and pick these bad boys and I am very glad I did. the 10.5 fits me perfectly snug and I love a med-high stiffness boot. Since I also ride motocross and wakeboard I know how much I like to have stiffer boots to protects my legs. the price isn't crippling either. I really like the padding as well and the ability to add toungue stiffeners to add another two points of stiffness, from 5-7.
