"Nice Designs, Poor Execution" 6/12/2009
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Analog Citizen Custom Full Zip
  • Pros:  The inner side of the zipper area has a yellow band that says "Design Unlikely Futures" which really makes the hoodie stand out. The color (Striker Platoon) and pattern are real nice. The Hoodie is double layered, solid black interior, so it will keep you nice and toasty. Fits true to size.
  • Cons:  Two defects found on the hoodie. Threads connecting the yellow collar of the hoodie came apart and the right pockets was not stitched correctly so there is a small amount of bunching on that side.

Experience:   So far I have purchased two Analog hoodies and both have had defects. The staff was helpful and said I could return it but since they were both the last ones in that color and size I couldn't get an exchange. The designs were dope and the price was still good so I ended up keeping them and getting them fixed.
"ODB - One Dollar Bandana" 8/25/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (1) No

  • Name: 2009 Special Blend Get Rad Bandana
  • Pros:  Basic Bandana,

Experience:   Basic run of the mill bandana. The purple design pattern is pretty trippy to look at, a little too trippy so I gave it to my wife. Bought this last season for a dollar and you can't beat that. You can't even buy a basic paisley bandana from a street vendor for a dollar.
"Ninja Style" 8/25/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Special Blend Struggle Bandana
  • Pros:  A bandana design other than paisley, Cheap,
  • Cons:  Got it for a buck so no complaints ,

Experience:   A nice bandana that has a design other than paisley. These matched my boarding pants perfectly so I can go ninja style during windy days.
"Fun On the Go Wallet" 8/25/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2008 Gravis Bb Staple A/V
  • Pros:  Compact Design for Music and Money, Designed by Staple Designs, Cheap (Bought it on supersale)
  • Cons:  Only 2 Slots for your Money and Credit Cards, Ipod Loads from the Bottom,

Experience:   Nice interesting and difference design for the on the go person who travels light and loves music. Its a cool wallet/ipod nano case that works great if you carry little stuff in your wallet and bring your ipod everywhere. You have to pack light since there are only 2 slots for you money and cards. The front pocket goes the long way for your cards and the back pocket goes the short way, which I use for cash. The other thing I found annoying was that the ipod load into the case from the bottom, increasing the chance of it slipping out. I use it as a secondary wallet on days I want to travel light.
"Much better than the $5 pair you get from Walmart" 8/24/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Gravis A-Bah
  • Pros:  Cheap Sierrasnowboard Sale Price, Wider Variety of Colors than the other Gravis Sand,

Experience:   For the price these are a lot better than the all foam flip flops that you find on the street or at Walmart. The big plus for these as opposed to the other Gravis sandals is that they come in a wider range of colors and prints. -The Sole is made a little harder to make them last longer and for better traction. -The Footbed is molded slightly to your feet to give some arch support. -The strap is rubber and secured in the standard fashion in 3 locations. -Fit wise the flip flops have a snug fit so if you are a half size, I would suggest you got the half size up instead of down. -For a slightly better construction, for the same sierrasnowboard sale price, look at the Gravis Waterpipes or the Gravis Byron.
"You Can't Pick the Color of the Laces" 8/24/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2005 Burton TNT Bomber Boot Laces
  • Pros:  Super Cheap, Nice Burton Laces,
  • Cons:  You Can't Pick the Color of the Laces,

Experience:   Great deal for a pair of spare laces in case you board cuts the ones you have. The crappy thing is that you can't pick the color of your laces. They come in both Gray and Black and which one you get is the luck of the draw. Either way a good deal for a back up pair of laces.
"Fun Shorts with a Snug Fit" 8/24/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Analog Baker
  • Pros:  Plaid Color, Cell Phone/Change Pocket in the Left Pocket, Thin Soft Material
  • Cons:  Fits extra snug if you carry stuff in your pocket.,
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  M
  • Fits Like:  M
  • Description:  Snug

Experience:   These are a nice fun pair of shorts that run on the small side. I believe they are cut to fit snug but problems arise if you put too much stuff in your pocket or a fair sized wallet. The pockets really bulge out and other than that they do fit snug but nothing like skinny jeans or anything, just normal, not baggy.
"The family loves them" 8/24/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Gravis Spritzer Womens
  • Pros:  Wide variety of colors, Comfortable, Cheap Sierrasnowboard Price

Experience:   I have literally purchased over 10 of these flip flops for my family because they liked them so much. The quality for the discounted sierrasnowboard price can’t be beat. They come in a wide variety of colors to match any outfit and a nylon toe strap for those who hate the plastic strap. The reset of the sandal is foam with a fairly flat foot bed with the sole made a slightly harder to make them last longer. Not much else besides that but I haven’t heard a complaint yet from anyone so they must be comfortable. Note: The 2009 BLACK have a gold strap to them, not black like the picture.
"Good Walking Shoe" 8/17/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2007 Gravis Royale Skate Shoes Men's
  • Pros:  Comfortable Soft Sneaker, Soft Leather Material,
  • Cons:  Dove is extra plain looking,

Experience:   These are similar to the Gravis Ramble in make an feel with the soft insole and the soft leather exterior. Good walking shoe. Like most other Gravis shoes these fit true to size but on the snug side, so if you like extra room in your sneakers I would got a half a size up. My only complaint is the color I picked which was Dove. It was a lot more plain and boring then I thought. If I could go back, I would have picked another darker color.
"Comfortable Walking Sneaker" 8/17/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2008 Gravis Makani Cruzer Skate Shoes Men's
  • Pros:  Comfortable, Rubber Gum Sole, Shoes Design Style

Experience:   This is a nice comfortable walking sneaker with a running shoe design. The sole is made of rubber gum which is a nice change from the standard soles. Got these in the Khaki/Dove which has a nice destressed look to it and has a little more going for it design wise than some of the other plain looking gravis sneakers.
"Half Boot Half Sneaker" 8/17/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2007 Gravis Alpine
  • Pros:  Really Comfortable, Soft Leather Material, Tongue is sealed on the sides
  • Cons:  Sneaker Treads,

Experience:   The shoe is a cross between an Adidas shell top sneaker and a boot which has its good and bad elements. The good is that it fits and feels like a sneaker, they are super comfortable and not rigid, so each stride is easy on the feet. The shoe also has traits of a boot with a tongue that is sealed halfway up on both sides, limiting water from running into your shoe, and metal loops that run all the way up to combat hoot height. The downside is that like a sneaker the treads are flat, lacking the teeth and gaps of a boot, giving you less traction. All an all I liked these shoes and use them a lot when it rains.
"Comfortable Sneaker" 8/16/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2007 Gravis Ramble
  • Pros:  Comfortable, Soft leather exterior,
  • Cons:  Toe is made of suede and gets dirty easily,

Experience:   Bought these in Black with and off white toe and sole area. The look of the sneaker is very similar to the Tarmac except that the material used is a softer leather and the insole seems softer than the Tarmac. I own both pairs and in my opinion the Rambles are better. I've had these for a year now and they are really comfortable for a walking shoe. The only problem I have with them is that the toe area for my particular pair was made of suede while the rest was made in a soft leather. This was a pain because the toe would constantly get dirty and since it was made of suede it was difficult to clean and stained easily. Plus side is that I got them for cheap and they have lasted.
"Great Pair of Flipflops with a Neoprene Strap" 8/9/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Gravis Byron
  • Pros:  Neoprene type Straps, Hard Sole, Cheap Sierra Price

Experience:   The big sell points of these as opposed to the other Gravis sandals are the neoprene type straps and the looser fit. -The STRAP is made of a neoprene like material with a polyester cloth toe separator. Great for people who hate the rubber straps. The straps are also secured in 3 places within the footbed so you don’t see the nubs on the sole side like the Gravis A-Bah and Waterpipes. -FIT wise the flip flops have a looser fit than the A-Bah or the Waterpipes. -A little ARCH SUPPORT but less pronounced than the Waterpipes. -The FOOTBED like the A-Bahs is pretty much straight foam padding with little molding except for the arch and a slight crease raise to separate the big toe from the other toes. -The SOLE of the flip-flops are made of a harder material with liquid splash looking treads which will help them last longer and have better traction.
"Upgrade from the Gravis A-Bah " 8/9/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Gravis Waterpipes
  • Pros:  Cheap Sierra Price, Solid Construction, Hard Sole

Experience:   These are an upgrade from the Gravis A-Bah and great pair of flip-flops for the price. -The Strap is all rubber and secured in the normal fashion with the strap going all the way through the sole with a nub on the sole side. (Try the Gravis Bryon with the neoprene type strap if you hate rubber straps) The impressive part is that it is secured in 5 areas (1 in the front and 2 on each side) instead of the normal 3, which will help in preventing the strap from ripping off if someone steps on the back of your foot. -The Footbed, unlike the Gravis A-Bah, is textured instead of straight foam. It is also molded with a little separator for your big toe and other toes, as well as a cup mold for your heel. -The Arch support for these are a bit more pronounced then the Byron. -The Sole of the flip-flops are made of a harder material with liquid splash looking treads which will help them last longer and have better traction. -Fit wise the flip flops have a snug fit so if you are a half size, I would suggest you got the half size up instead of down.
"On the Go Bag" 7/7/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2007 Gravis Willa Womens
  • Pros:  Small, Thin, Light weight

Experience:   Got this bag for my wife and she loves it. Its a nice small purse for her to grab and go with. It perfectly zips in her wallet, keys, cell phones, and whatever small basic things she will need for the day.
"Eh... Ok Sneaker" 7/7/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2007 Gravis Tarmac
  • Pros:  Comfortable, Fits True to Size,
  • Cons:  Very Plain Look,

Experience:   Mixed review. I got 2 pairs of these sneakers. The first in a black and white shell top looking sneaker which is soft and fits great. However the suede shell top gets dirty really easily and the black softer leather side faded after a year of wear, partly due to the fact that I wear them in the rain. The second pair was mostly white with blue and orange trim. I wasn't a huge fan of these. This pair really showed how plain these sneakers look. This pair looked better in the picture than in real life. The leather was also harder than other pair which I wasn't fond of.
"Snow Boat" 7/7/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2008 Gravis Dune Skate Shoes Men's
  • Pros:  Waterproof, SIde of Tongue is Sealed, Warm

Experience:   This is a great heavy duty boot for walking in snow. I really like the fact that the side of the tongue is connected to the boot so water or snow doesn't roll in. The boot is also well padded so your feet dont get cold. The sole is also high with nice treads to keep your grip in the snow. All these pros are also its con. Because it is so big and sturdy the use of the boot is specific to snow days which only happen a few times a year in NYC, they are too hefty for everyday winter use.
"Awesome Board Shorts" 6/29/2010

  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  M

Experience:   My top 2 favorite pair of board shorts, tied with the Analog Polymer Board Shorts in Astra. The colors and graphics are amazing and like the other Analog board shorts the quality is top notch.
"Nice Basic Tee" 6/29/2010

  • Pros:  Thin and Breathable,
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  M
  • Fits Like:  M

"Nice Light Weight Hoodie" 6/28/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Analog Profile
  • Pros:  Light Weight, True Fit, Wild Color
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L
  • Description:  Just Right

Experience:   I got this for my cousin and he likes it. Unlike the Analog Basic hoodie this fits true to size. The hoodie is light weight so it is good for a spring or fall day when its not too cold. Other than that the red venom color is what makes the hoodie.
"Pool Blue" 6/27/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Analog Optic Premium S/S TShirt
  • Pros:  Crazy Color, Soft Shirt, Nice Design
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  M
  • Fits Like:  M
  • Description:  Slim Fit

Experience:   I was going for a different color so I got this in Pool Blue. Its a nice trippy color. The Analog Premium Tees and Fitted, like this one, run in a slim fit so if you want baggy I would go one size up. The Analog Basic Tee run baggy.

  • Cons:  White is a little transparent,
  • Fit:  Just right

Experience:   Another quality pair of board shorts from analog. Quick drying and nice aloha picture. Only downfall is that it is a little transparent in the Optic color when wet.
"Oversized" 6/27/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Analog Analogo Basic
  • Pros:  Nice simple design and color scheme, Soft Material,
  • Cons:  Oversized,
  • Fit:  Too big
  • My Size:  M
  • Fits Like:  L
  • Description:  Oversized

Experience:   Very disappointed when I got this. I have bought 2 other hoodies from Analog, both in a medium and they fit great. This hoodie however runs one size to big. The medium fits like a large.

  • My Size:  M

  • Pros:  Sick Picture, Soft thin shirt, Nice color
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  M
  • Fits Like:  M
  • Description:  Slim fit

Experience:   Nice quality t-shirt with a sick looking picture. I got it in Iodine. The only con I would say about the shirt is that the picture has less colors than the Analog Van Go! board shorts. The shirt has more shades of orange.
"Midweight Sock" 4/13/2010

  • Name: 2010 Burton Party
  • Pros:  Fun Designs,
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  M
  • Fits Like:  M
  • Description:  Fits like a Sock

Experience:   Nice midweight snowboarding sock with a fun design for a good sale price. Here are the details about the sock since they aren't mentioned 80% Acrylic, 10% Nylon, 10% Spandex Medium-Density Padding Throughout Sock No-Irritation Toe Seam
"Staple Design FTW" 4/13/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2008 Gravis Bb Staple Jetway Travel Bag Men's
  • Pros:  Staple x Gravis Design, Quality Material, Functional Luggage Design
  • Cons:  Pink Interior,

Experience:   This is a great luggage bag. The pattern is designed by Staple Designs which is a real nice brick pattern which helps to distinguish your bag from the next persons black bag. The design on the luggage itself is very functional. There is a compartment to seperate your shoes from your clothing. The space holds 2-3 pairs of shoes and has a mess vent to help air them out. There is also a front compartment by the handle for stuff you want to easily get too. All this and the bag is small enough to use as a carry on. My only slight dislike is the pink interior but then again pink is the new black.
"Plus Length" 4/12/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Burton Player Hooded Full Zip Womens Thermal Top
  • Pros:  Cute Design, DRYRIDE Ultrawick,
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  S
  • Fits Like:  S

Experience:   Nice fun hoodie with nice tech. Hoodie runs on the long side even with the pull strings tightened. However because of the extra length this is probably more of street wear than layering for the slopes.
"Purple Street Camo" 7/27/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2007 Gravis Comet Mid BB
  • Pros:  The purple and silver camo on black looks great. Comes with goodies. Keychain with Purple Camo pattern, a black material shoulder bag, and wooden matches.
  • Cons:  Because of the inconsistent sizing of Gravis shoes I went with the suggested and tested half a size bigger. Although it seems that since these are more basketball/skater shoes my true size probably would have fit more snug.

Experience:   This is Black Box collaboration piece with Gravis and graffiti artist Stash. Got these in Black with Purple Camo. The picture of the shoe makes the camo colors look matte when they are actually brighter and reflective.
"Ok Tee" 7/27/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2008 Gravis BB Staple Short Sleeve
  • Pros:  Interesting Brick work pattern.
  • Cons:  Ok Tee that I thought would look better than it actually was. One rather weird thing about the t-shirt is that the Gravis x Staple tag is on the lower corner on the back. The whole shirt is a brick pattern without anything to really distinguish the front and back of the shirt so with a tag on the back (which is normally found on the front of t-shirt ) you look like you are wearing the t-shirt backwards.

Experience:   Got this in wet cement but probably should have went with Parking Lot which is the same pattern but in much darker gray tones.
"Subtle designs aspects make this shirt" 6/12/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2008 Analog Holga Short Sleeve
  • Pros:  Cross pattern on the right side and subtle yellow on the button side strip of the shirt adds a nice different touch to a basic plaid design. The virtually unseen laser etched "Analog" on the side of the buttons are cool too. Fits true to size.

Experience:
"Small day bag" 5/19/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2007 Gravis Willa Womens
  • Pros:  Good day bag for just walking around. Light weight
  • Cons:  Bought this for my wife and it is smaller than we thought it would be. Only good for a day bag since it is very limited on storage, basically a purse.

Experience:   Dimensions of the pouch 8.5" x 8.5"x 2" Pouch area tapers on the way up. 4 Pocket design. 1st small pocket is right on the flap. 2nd main pocket is exsposed when the flap is zipped off. 3rd small mesh lined pocket is inside on the 2nd pocket. 4th pocket is on the back and is secured by a snap button. Gravis logo on the lower right is pink.
"Disappointing" 5/11/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2008 Analog Broadband
  • Pros:  Got this in Heather with the purplish stripes. Nice looking color and design. The hoodie is reverable with a windbreaker nylon side. Cotton side feels nice and durable.
  • Cons:  The disappointing thing about this hoodie is that after wearing it twice the nylon side of the hoodie already ripped by the seams, which seriously makes me doubt the durability of the nylon side of the hoodie. The good thing is that if it does fall apart the nylon side could probably be ripped out without much damage to the rest of the hoodie.

Experience:   The nylon side is white and semi see through. It is hard to describe but it is like a nylon shell that encases the rest of the hoodie. The shell is only connected to the hoodie around the edges (the cuff, the waist, around the zipper, and hood) giving it a puffy feel. I am bring this up because by just looking at the picture it doesn't seem like this.
"Great for Commuters who bring there 15" Laptop Everywhere" 4/28/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2007 Gravis Staple
  • Pros:  Loads of features in a light weight, and compact pack. Great for everyday use, especially for students and mass transit commuters. The pack has 2 main compartments. One for a 15" Laptop and a second larger compartment for everything else. The larger compartment also has a magazine pocket to help separate and organize your books. There is two more smaller compartment in the front for your smaller items, one with a mp3 player pocket with openings for your headphones to snake through.
  • Cons:  Slight Con is that the material is a little on the thin side, not cheap though, but still makes wonder about its durability. Time will only tell how much of a beating this can take.

Experience:   Just a side note and not a Con since it never advertised that it was, but I ran the pack under a thin stream of water and being that it is made of polyester or nylon it is water resistant but not water proof.
"Runs Small" 4/27/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2008 Gravis Carlton
  • Pros:  Looks Good with a branded design on the back of the shoe. Really good traction on the sole of the shoe.
  • Cons:  Carlton runs Small. The shoe is tight all around, especially in the front when you walk. The shoe runs a half a size to a full size smaller which sucks because I really liked them and will now have to give them away.

Experience:   If you are going to buy these I would get at least a half a size bigger than you normally wear and you should be good.

"Quality Pants But Runs Big." 4/27/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2008 Analog Initiative
  • Pros:  Breathable, Durable, Lightweight, Waterproof
  • Description:  LEG: Relaxed, WAIST: Feels too big, INSEAM: Feels true to length,

Experience:   --Runs half a size to a size bigger. I'm 5'5" and a 32 waist and have always worn Burton Pants in Medium. I got these in a Medium and they run real baggy from pant waist to leg width, which makes it seem longer than it really is on me. The waist is adjustable but you really have to tighten it down to get to a 32 with a lot of material left over on the sides. I would have exchanged these for a Small if they had any left. --Beside that, without riding in them yet, they feel like top quality pants with nice extras mentioned in the Specs. Note that there is no Jacket to Pant Interface as stated in the Specs. Got these in Intercept Kuwait and they look sick. Can't beat the price!

  • Name: 2008 Burton AK 2L Stagger Jacquard
  • Pros:  Breathable, Durable, Lightweight, Waterproof
  • Description:  WEATHER: Spring Day, Snow and Rain Mixed, Sleet, CHEST: Feels true to size, BODY: Feels true to length, INSEAM: Feels true to length,

Experience:   Top of the line jacket and nicely designed. -Goretex so you know it is breathable and waterproof. Road it the Spring during the last week the slope were open and the Jacket kept me completely dry and cool. -Jacket works in all weather but since it is only a shell you need an under layer for colder days. -Sig Fit so the jacket fits loose but not overly baggy. -This is one of the few jackets that have both a collar and a hood giving it a better look. However I have heard this cause it to channel more wind to your head. -The Cream colored zipper turns some people off but I like it. -Minimalist Jacket so only 5 pockets. 2 chest, 2 hand, and one inner pocket with an mp3 pouch. -Snow Skirt has a pants to zipper interface that looks cool but since I don't have pants with that feature I have yet to use it.
"Basic Carry Bag for Road Trips" 3/7/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Burton Space Sack Snowboard Bag
  • Pros:  This is a great basic snowboard carry bag for road trips. There is no padding on this bag so you are able to put your snowboard in the bag and still be able to put it on your roof rack to protect it from rocks and the elements while you travel by car. I have a 156 snowboard and bought a 166 Bag and am able to leave my bindings on, put my boots inbetween the bindings and a pair of snowboard pants and jacket on the sides if I needed too.
  • Cons:  None

Experience:   I wouldn't consider no padding as a Con since not having the padding has its benifits and since this not a bag for airline traveling. It is good for what it is.
