"Oakley Airbrake= Awsome" 9/27/2011
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2012 Oakley Airbrake Goggles Men's
  • Pros:  Easy lens change, Comfortable, Wide FOV

Experience:   These goggles are amazing. Yes, the price is a little steep but they come with a lot of little niceties like an extra lens, soft goggle pouch, and a larger goggle case. When you calculate it out its about the same if you bought an Oakley goggle and lens separately; $125 for the goggle, $75 for an extra lens plus you get the case. The lens combinations are awesome, they give you a dark lens for sunny days and a low light lens for cloudy days/night. This goggle is highly recommended for those living in dynamic mountain conditions like the East Coast or Midwest. The airbrake fit slightly wider and taller than the crowbar but the overall frame size is about the same. There is less frame view with this goggle also, when compared to the splice or crowbar. Awesome goggle!
"Crowbars" 9/12/2011
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Oakley Crowbar
  • Pros:  Comfortable, Wide Range of View,

Experience:   These goggles are my favorite goggle and one of the only goggles I wear. Be sure to by them with the correct lens to fit the light conditions that you will be in or will encounter. Don't just by a lens that looks cool, you will regret it. For sunny days fire iridium or dark grey are probably your best bet. On cloudy or low light days hi yellow or clear are the best. Two good all around lenses are persimmon and blue iridium

  • Name: 2009 Analog Standarad Basic Hoodie
  • Pros:  Comfy, Simple,
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L

Experience:   Its just your basic pullover hoodie but since it says ANALOG it's even more awesome.
"Great Simple Hoodie" 2/14/2012

  • Name: 2009 Analog Career Ender Full Zip Hoodie
  • Pros:  Comfy,
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L

Experience:   An awesome simple hoodie from AG. Looks awesome and I get a ton of compliments on it.
"Great Jeans" 11/28/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Matix Miner Jeans Men's
  • Pros:  Comfy,
  • Fit:  Just right

Experience:   These jeans are nice. They did fit my waist pretty big so I always have to wear a belt with them. The jeans are a standard straight leg but are more like a slim fit. Fits very from company to company so keep that in mind
"Ak=Awesome" 11/16/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2008 Burton AK Sluff Fleece Jacket Men's
  • Pros:  Warm, Comfy, Durable
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L

Experience:   Ive had this fleece for a few years now and it has held up great even with constant use over the years. Still looks brand new. You know you are getting a quality product when you by Burton AK. This thing is ultra warm and it has a light DWR coating to repel water. It beats the crap out of those trendy North Face Denali jackets.
"Ok" 11/16/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 DC Banshee Snow Pants
  • Pros:  Baggy, Comfy,
  • Cons:  Not durable,
  • Pant Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L

Experience:   I wore these for a whole season about 3 or 4 days into the season they lost their waterproofing. The hems of the pants were destroyed after just a season of use, compared to my other pants that I have used for 3+ seasons which still look brand new. But overall these will do the job. I assume the waterproofing issue was probably just a manufacturer defect.
"Great pants" 11/16/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Burton Cargo Snowboard Pants Men's
  • Pros:  Comfy, Good price,
  • Pant Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L

Experience:   I have had a few pair of these over the years. They are pretty much my go to pants. The waterproofing is decent for places with drier snow. The fit is baggy but no too baggy. Overall good pants
"Best sunglasses" 11/2/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2011 Oakley Holbrook Sunglasses
  • Pros:  Comfortable, Stylish,

Experience:   I have these in the polished black/grey polarized. Polarized is worth the extra money. I used to think that there was no major benefit to it but I now see it. It majorly reduces glare. I pretty much wear these things everyday. The fit is great, the frame is not too small but not too big. I prefer larger frames and these bridge that gap between small and too big. These glasses do not wrap at all, they are flat, which is what I like. Also, you can buy accessory lenses for them.
"Awesome" 11/2/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2011 Patagonia Down Sweater Jacket
  • Pros:  Light, Warm, Packable
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L

Experience:   This is the ultimate layering piece. It's awesome for those super cold days that require more than just a sweatshirt. It doubles as a good streetwear jacket too, I've worn it on cold days with just a hoodie underneath it? The fit for me is that it's a little too short/small for my tastes. I like my stuff longer and a bit looser but this shorter than most jackets in its size. I usually wear large jackets but sized up to an XL for length. But if you like your jackets to fit just right go with your normal size.
"Red Trace" 10/23/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2012 Red Trace Snowboard Helmet Raw
  • Pros:  Comfortable, Multi-season,
  • Cons:  Heavy,

Experience:   The Red Trace is awesome. It fits my big head perfectly. I usually pop out the earpads and wear a thin beanie underneath it so I will be able to fit my goggles underneath it. One great feature about this helmet is its multi-season use. Just pull out the earpads and the vent covers and boom you have a skate helmet.
"AG Transpose" 10/16/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2011 Analog Transpose 3 Fleece Hoodie Men's
  • Pros:  Anti stink, Waterproof, Comfy
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L

Experience:   The transpose is a great hoodie. It's part of Analogs ATF line. I found it to be great on warmer spring days where the DWR coating helps keep it from getting to wet. However, this does no have the same waterproofing that a traditional jacket out. It's enough to keep you dry but if you are rolling in the snow you'll need something a little more sufficient
"Awesome goggle" 10/16/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (1) No

  • Name: 2012 Smith I/O Snowboard Goggles Men's
  • Pros:  Quick lens change, Comfortable, Wide FOV

Experience:   Theyse goggles are great. It's so quick and easy to swap out the lenses. You just have to pull the two switches up and pop out the lens. There is also a plethora of different lens choices for the variable light conditions.
"Best Jacket Ever" 9/29/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Burton AK 2L Jussi Anorak Snowboard Jacket
  • Pros:  Gore-Tex ,
  • Jacket Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L
  • Description:  Team Fit

Experience:   I have logged many days in this jacket. It is Burton's team fit. If you don't like your jackets too long definitely size down. It's a great pullover jacket, I'm sad to see that Burton killed it from their 2012 line.
"Transpose" 9/29/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2012 Analog Transpose 4 Zip Hoodie
  • Pros:  DWR coating, Anti-microbial lining, Anti-stink lining
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L
  • Description:  Fits a little longer

Experience:   The is an awesome rideable fleece. It works great for warm, spring days. When the temperatures drop to below zero throw this on under a jacket as layering. New for this year AG stepped it up and added thumbholes and softened the fabric from years past.
"Grenade Mitts" 9/27/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2011 Grenade Fragment Mittens
  • Pros:  Warm, Stay Dry,

Experience:   I used to hate mitts but ever since I got these I haven't worn gloves since, even in spring conditions. They held up nice during wetter snow days although they didmget wet on the outside. These are more of a lightweight mitt.
"COBRASHARK!" 9/27/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2012 Burton Cobrashark Snowboard Bindings
  • Pros:  Comfortable, Wings,
  • Flex:  soft

Experience:   I have used this bindings for about a season now and love them. I have always used the stiffer, more aggressive Cartel but tried these out. They are definitely a softer binding. They performed perfectly on east coast ice to hardpack to pow. Although these are listed as a park binding they are amazing on other types of riding. Many people claim that the wing helps with pressing but I , personally, don't think it helps too much. The asym strap on this is the best strap burton makes. I actually take them off to put on my cartels.
"Best Boots Ever!" 9/27/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2012 Nike Zoom Force 1 Snowboard Boots Men's
  • Pros:  Comfortable,
  • Fit:  mid
  • Flex:  stiff
  • Shoe Size:  11.5
  • Boot Size:  11.5

Experience:   Over the years I have tried many different boots from many different companies until I came to the ZF1. These are the stiffest boots that Nike makes compared to the Kaiju, Vapen, and DK. I have about 50 days on these boots and they still look brand new. The inner lacing system takes a little getting use to but I prefer it over the traditional thin lacing that most companies have. The overall fit on this boot is true-to-size. The outlast space blanket inner keeps your foot warm when its cold and cools your feet when they get too hot.
"Gore-Tex!" 9/15/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (1) No

  • Name: 2011 Burton AK 2L Cyclic Snowboard Jacket Men's
  • Pros:  Gore-tex, Riri aqua zips,
  • Jacket Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L
  • Description:  Not too baggy not to slim

Experience:   This jacket is part of Burton's top of the line outerwear. The gore-tex proshell gives it amazing waterproof capabilities. This jacket is great for people who live in areas with wetter snow, like the PNW, or areas with rapidly changing weather conditions. I have worn this jacket from the pouring rain to subzero temperatures and it has held up great. It is simply a shell jacket with no insulation so layer up on cold days.
"Best Jacket Ever" 9/15/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Analog Render
  • Pros:  Burly, Very waterproo, It's Analog
  • Jacket Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L
  • Description:  On point

Experience:   I have the 09 version of this jacket and the 10 version of the pants. This jacket is bombproof, the 3L material makes it tougher than most jackets which are only 2L. Also, this jacket is a team fit jacket, so if you like your outerwear long and baggy get your normal size. If you like it to fit just right, not too baggy or long but not to small size down. This jacket is only a shell so layering on cold days is a must.
"Electric EG2" 9/15/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2011 Electric EG2 Goggles Men's
  • Pros:  Large Field of Vision, Comfortable,

Experience:   These goggles are massive. If you have a smaller face, I would go with the EG 2.5. That being said these goggles are super comfy and offer one of the largest fields of view in any goggle. ALways make sure that the goggles fit your face correctly or there will be fogging issues. The rose mirrored lens is the best all around lens.
"Oakley Splice" 9/14/2011
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2011 Oakley Splice Goggles Jet Black/Black Iridium
  • Pros:  Comfortable fit, Large Peripherals,

Experience:   These goggles are awsome, the fit comfortably, look awsome, and the optics are on point. The whole point of the nose piece is to relieve much of the nose pinch that people were getting with the crowbars and a frames. Also, there is more downward view than with the crowbars since they don't stick off of your face as much.
"Analog hoodie" 4/12/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Analog Creer Endr Basic
  • Pros:  Warm, Comfy,
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  M
  • Fits Like:  M

Experience:   This sweatshirt fits true to size although it is a little longer than most medium sweatshirts.
"Cool hoodie" 4/12/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Analog Crowd Cntrl Basic
  • Pros:  Its Analog,
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  M
  • Fits Like:  L

Experience:   This is a pretty cool sweatshirt. I usually wear a medium sweatshirt but decided to pick this up in large. because I like my sweatshirts a little longer. It actually fits pretty long and baggier, more like an x-large. So if you are looking for a sweatshirt that fits just right order a size down.
"Sick Jacket" 4/12/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2007 Analog Boundary 2
  • Pros:  Bombproof material,
  • Pant Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  M
  • Fits Like:  M

Experience:   As with anything Analog this jacket is awsome. I've had this jacket since the 2007 season and it has lasted really well. This jacket is made from a herringbone-like material which makes it pretty durable.
"Sick Board" 3/11/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Burton Joystick
  • Skill:  Intermediate
  • Use:  Groomed,High Speeds,Low Speeds,Park,Switch Riding,Ungroomed
  • Pros:  Poppy, Easy to handle, EST
  • Cons:  None,

Experience:   I got this board during last week's sale and got to ride it this past weekend. I had previously demoed it in Janurary and instantly fell in love. Its a v-rocker board as stated but it is not as soft as the other v-rocker boards like the hero or blunt. This is more of an all mountain v-rocker board, but it can still hold its own in the park. The v-rocker on this board is not as predominate as the other v-rocker boards. The tip and tail of this board are also a little more stiff giving it a more all mountain quality.
"Best Board Ever!!" 8/26/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Burton Un Inc
  • Skill:  Intermediate
  • Use:  Groomed,High Speeds,Low Speeds,Off Trail,Park,Powder,Switch Riding,Ungroomed
  • Pros:  Super Poppy, Light, Fast
  • Cons:  None,

Experience:   This board is so sick. I got this board because I loved the graphic, on the 2008 (Puppy). I ride at a fairly small mountain but this board has never let me down. It floated in pow just as well as a tapered board would. All I had to do was set back my binders a little bit. It has amazing edge hold at any speed. It is awsome for frontside and backside slashes, which I love to do. Also, it holds up in the park very well. It has pro-tips and wu-tips which help in spinning. Overall, its an amazing all around board.
"Sick beanie" 7/13/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Burton Silverman
  • Pros:  Nice tall/slouch fit. Comfy

Experience:   This is by far my favorite beanie. Its really comfortable and keeps my head warm, plus its reversible. I saw above that someone said that it was too big. I think its perfect, then again I like wearing slouch/tall beanies that you have to bunch up at the back or leave a poof at the top. Im not a tight beanie type of guy. If you like big, slouchy, tall beanies then this is for you. If you don't like slouchy beanies then its not.
"Nice layering" 7/13/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Burton Midweight Thermal Crew
  • Pros:  Comfy, warm, nice wicking
  • Cons:  Doesnt' have thumb holes

Experience:   I have the '07 RDM tatoo print. I dont think it has changed much since then. Its sick, fits awsome. It doesnt leaving feeling swampy on the ride home.
"Nice Jacket" 7/13/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2008 Analog Boundary
  • Pros:  Breathable, Durable, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof
  • Description:  WEATHER: Snow and Rain Mixed, Storming and White Out, CHEST: Feels true to size, BODY: Feels too long, INSEAM: Feels too long,

Experience:   I own this in the '07 desert camo. Looks sick with brown pants or even pacific blue cargo pants. Even though it is an 8/5k jacket it is super durable. I wear it around town as well as snowboarding. The jacket seems is made out of a herringbone type of material, at least the '07. The herringbone makes it tough and waterproof. I have worn it in almost every condition from spring to pow days to when its pouring rain. It has held up perfectly. Analog makes some of the best gear.
"Cargo Pants- Pacific Blue" 7/13/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Burton Cargo
  • Pros:  Breathable, Durable, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof
  • Description:  WEATHER: Spring Day, Blue Bird Powder Day, Cloudy and Cold, LEG: Relaxed, WAIST: Feels true to size, INSEAM: Feels true to length,

Experience:   Sick pants. I live in Ohio and have worn these through every condition and they have held up. I have even worn them when it was straight up raining. They are so comfortable and the fit is perfect. I only wear a medium, but I bought a large. Its a little big, but thats how I like it. Pant legs are big enough to fit over your boots. Its a nice baggy fit.

  • Name: 2009 Burton Cartel 2009
  • Skill:  Advanced
  • Pros:  Adjustability, Easy in & out, Boot hold, Durable, Good construction quality, Lightweight, Comfortable
  • Fit:  fits fine

Experience:   These bindings are super sick. They give good board feel and control. Its an awsome mid-stiff binding.
"Cartel EST Magenta Madness" 7/13/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Burton Cartel EST
  • Skill:  Advanced
  • Pros:  Adjustability, Easy in & out, Boot hold, Durable, Good construction quality, Comfortable, Easy installation
  • Fit:  fits fine

Experience:   These bindings are sooo sick. They are super comfy. Listen to what Burton says, they actually do help you feel the flex of the board. When you go to ollie or pop off a jump or onto a rail you can feel the flex in the board and then the pop. I have an '08 Uninc 158 and it works perfectly. Also, I can "feel" the board better. Overall this is a sick binding. A Must Buy
