"Burton Un Inc ICS Review" 2/18/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2008 Burton Un Inc
  • Skill:  Advanced
  • Use:  Boxes,Carving,Groomers,Jumps,Powder,Rails
  • Pros:  Durable, lightweight, Easy to carve, poppy, Stable at high speeds, Popular model, Strong edgehold, Great value, Popular on mountain, Well known brand

Experience:   hands down, my all time favorite all mountain board. the board is amaizng, coupled with the channel and EST and you have an amazing day ahead of you. the board is kind of disappointing with out the ests so make sure youre riding some est cartels at the LEAST! i am in love with this board and will be deeply saddened when its gone, but for now. LOVE IT LOVE IT LOVE IT! get one, youll see what im raging about. ride is a little bit on the stiffer side of soft, but it is not unbearable. the board is very durable and has help up well in both the lifts and the rough patches of boxes and rails. compared to the older model unincs, this board is insanely light. the board performs exceptionally well all over the mountain and is super fun in powder and groomers and isnt half bad in the park. BUY ONE!

  • Name: 2009 Burton Love
  • Skill:  Advanced
  • Use:  Boxes,Carving,Groomers,Jumps,Rails
  • Pros:  Durable, Easy to carve, poppy, Stable at high speeds, Strong edgehold, Soft

Experience:   Had this board for a while, used to really enjoy it. The ride itself is super fun and it holds an edge really well. I know it shouldnt be used all mountain, but i prefer true twins with soft cores like this and realllllly loved how it rode on the groomers. Rode next years and liked it too but im now sold on the no camber boards as they ride like skateboards for a more fun ride. if youre hesitant on a nocamber board, then this board is totally amazing. light weight, durable. the edges are great, the base is pretty tough too. the strongest part of my board seems to be the nose and the tail, only a handful of small chips from some big impacts but no deep delam has happened. love this board! the graphic is kind of what ever to me. i covered mine up with vinyls because im just not into it, but the board more than makes up for its shortcomings.

  • Pros:  Durable, Easy to carve, Popular model, Strong edgehold, Great value, Popular on mountain, Soft, Well known brand

Experience:   Purchased from sierra on another account. Got it for my little bro at xmas so he could shred with me. its his first board and hes picking the sport up so fast, hes progressing amazingly well and the board truly helps him ride better.
"Burton ConDom ICS Review" 2/18/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Burton ConDom
  • Skill:  Advanced
  • Use:  Boxes,Jumps,Rails
  • Cons:  Too soft, Doesn't perform, Sluggish

Experience:   Rode this board for a few days, hated the convex base and ended up not buying it. Board was nice in that you dont have to detune and you dont really worry about catching edges as the base is convex. other than that, the channel is fantastic as always but there isnt much else to say. if youre looking into this but dont want to ride a spoon... get a fix!

  • Pros:  lightweight, Easy to carve, poppy, Stable at high speeds, Strong edgehold, Great value, Soft, Well known brand

Experience:   AMAZING BOARD!! the pop is like nothing else and the board its self is AMAZING! no cons for me. loved the skate like feel, found it to be way more fun than: the hero, the condom and the love. super fun when you pop off of something you have to land "on the bolts" ie like landing on a skateboard. great ride. love it!!
"Flux Stream SF Binding" 1/14/2008
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2008 Flux Stream SF
  • Pros:  Incredibly responsive binding that I 100% endorse. I used to be a die hard burton binding rider and got tired of pieces constantly breaking off. Flux's distribution center is locally located in Torrance about 20 minutes outside of Los Angeles. If you ever need a part you get it in two days max with a sticker pack and an email to make sure everything is alright. The bindings them self are perfect for all mountain riding and I love mine in the park. Their response is incredible and the flex is perfect. Not to mention that the design is amazing, i have the Japanese flag ones and these bindings on the burton Love 155 is the most aesthetically pleasing board ever.
  • Cons:  Depending on where you buy these from, you may have to contact Flux directly and ask for the 3D disks for Burton boards, but since Flux has a deal with Burton, the Burton disks fit into the Flux tray

Experience:   AMAZING BINDINGS. RECOMMEND 100%!
