"Pretty lame" 12/10/2009
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2008 Foursquare FSQ Keep Green - 24Pk
  • Pros:  Lots of stickers,
  • Cons:  Tiny, Lame, just 24 of the same thing,

Experience:   This sticker is pretty lame, just 24 of the same thing, some inverted, saying keep FSQ green, in a tree.
"Pressure in all the wrong places" 11/9/2009
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 DC Judge Boa
  • Pros:  Stylish, Boa system is easy to use,
  • Cons:  So many pressure points, Boa system can loosen,
  • Fit:  mid
  • Flex:  mid
  • Shoe Size:  12.5
  • Boot Size:  12

Experience:   These boots were a promising addition to my quiver. As the maker of some super-comfy skate shoes, I expected DC to be the ultimate authority when it came to comfort on the mountain. Unfortunately, these boots disappointed. With pressure in all the wrong places and a boa system that loosened on the ride, I found myself wanting to rent boots from the resort instead of riding on these. Expect some sore shins when you get home.
"High quality die, reppin SS" 12/10/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Sierra Paint Splat Diecut
  • Pros:  High quality, HUGE, Many colors
  • Cons:  Well, maybe it should be free?,

Experience:   I really like this die, its very intricate and comes in a bunch of colors. Buying another one to put on my car.
"Gets even better" 4/12/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Anon Figment Painted
  • Pros:  Interchangeable straps, no fog
  • Cons:  some helmet gap, easy lens scratch

Experience:   I bought my second pair of emblems late in the season. I got the red/black combo to complement my gold/black combo and I was pleased to find the straps were interchangeable. Now I'm rocking custom goggles and hope to get the same thing going with some Union Frankenbinders. Yes, there is some helmet gap with my Giro G10.... so I wish they were a little bigger.

Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Burton Wheelie Gig Snowboard Bag
  • Pros:  PADDED!, cool color, good quality, durable fabric, well known brand, matches other stuff from burton 09 collection, wheeled
  • Cons:  Expensive, still a pain in the arse to haul

Experience:   Now THIS is more like it. After being frustrated with the so called "board insurance" offered by the board sack, i finally tossed down a benjamin to get something padded. Wise choice. =) Sooooo expensive tho...
"2nd day out.... RIPPED" 2/27/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Ride Nellis Vented Shell
  • Pros:  Lightweight
  • Cons:  Wears Out Quickly
  • Description:  WEATHER: Spring Day, Blue Bird Powder Day, Cloudy and Cold, LEG: Boot Cut, WAIST: Feels too big, INSEAM: Feels true to length,

Experience:   Second day out with these pants and they ripped... where the sun don't shine, after catching on a box. Will attempt to return for warranty service.
"Put it on your new board, don't waste it on an old one" 2/25/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Burton Fluoro Comp Wax - All Temp
  • Pros:  You go fast, good in all temps, goes on clean

"Infinite angles, forgiving board, SICK graphic" 2/25/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Skill:  Intermediate
  • Use:  Boxes,Groomers,Jumps,Powder,Rails
  • Pros:  Durable, lightweight, poppy, Great value, Popular on mountain, Soft, Well known brand
  • Cons:  Sluggish

Experience:   Don't let the haters get to you, the graphic is sick, especially my baby puma on the 160. I think and I have talked to many others who agree this is Burton's best product of the decade/// highly underrated.
"Looks nice, but it fogs" 2/25/2009

"Fleecy, gauntlet style locks out snow" 2/25/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Burton Profile
  • Pros:  Gauntlet style, Warm
  • Cons:  Clumsy, Hard to Grasp Things, Can get wet.

"Infinite angles, infinite stances" 2/25/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Burton Cartel EST
  • Skill:  Intermediate
  • Pros:  Adjustability, Boot hold, Durable, Good construction quality, Comfortable, Well known brand, Popular model, Easy installation
  • Fit:  must be adjusted bigger

Experience:   Have you tried the ICS/EST system? If not, you should. Not only do you get infinite stance option (who the heck decided that 3 degrees at a time was good enough), but you feel so much closer to the snow. The highbacks are sweet and so responsive, maybe (too) responsive. Some people report calf-dig, but I don't.
"It's like a chevy, only that it IS actually like a rock" 2/25/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Union Force
  • Skill:  Intermediate
  • Pros:  Adjustability, Boot hold, Durable, Good construction quality, Comfortable, Popular model
  • Cons:  Tricky instillation
  • Fit:  fits fine

Experience:   This thing, I am fairly sure, could survive a bomb blast. Uber-responsive with beds to kill... I have yet to be displeased with it.
"Listen to the people" 2/25/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Burton Board Sack
  • Pros:  Carries your board, Room for other stuff
  • Cons:  NO padding... paper thin

Experience:   Why do they call it "board insurance" in the description if it has no padding. Very misleading :-/
