These pants are pretty good in my opinion. If you are on your butt all day, you may want to get a different pair of pants, these aren't the best in waterproofng. They are decent. My butt tends to get a little damp, which is not so bad when you have another layer or two, depending on how you dress underneath.
It has Burton's SIG FIT, which is a bit baggy and a little too long for me, being 5'4". The waist is a tad big, but not enough for me to complain, especially if you want to fit padding and/or extra layers.
I love the fact that it has a jacket to pants interface (it has a zipper running along the back that matches up to my Burton Mutiny jacket). That really helps when it comes to avoiding a draft to the behind and even snow. I think it has a sufficient amount of pockets, four: two from zippered (with a secret small and useless? inner pocket on the right side) and two velcro butt pockets.
They also have two side vents for those warmer days for breathability.
All in all I am quite satisfied with them. Like I said, if you require more waterproof pants, you may want to check out another style.
