"Definitely a board to advance onto" 4/26/2010
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 Flow Myriad Snowboard
  • Skill:  Intermediate
  • Use:  Groomed,High Speeds,Jumps,Low Speeds,Switch Riding,Ungroomed
  • Pros:  Stable at high speeds, Killer graphics, Amazing base
  • Cons:  A bit stiff for a beginner,

Experience:   Purchased the 142cm for my girlfriend. She is 5 foot and around 115lbs. Here is her take on the board: I absolutely love the graphics on this board. Compared to the Flow BFF it is quite a bit stiffer but I definitely can see how it will be a great board for park riding. We went through some rough snow with this board and I could definitely tell it cut through the choppy snow better than the Flow BFF. For now I'm going to stick with my Flow BFF to learn a bit more but I eventually will be riding this board a lot more.

  • Name: 2010 Flow Merc
  • Skill:  Intermediate
  • Use:  Groomed,High Speeds,Jumps,Low Speeds,Ungroomed
  • Pros:  Turning hasn't been easier, Decent flex,
  • Cons:  Admire the topsheet while you can., File edges possible to prevent topsheet damage,

Experience:   I rode this all over Redlodge, MT last weekend and I was happily surprised. First time riding a flow board and I'm pleased with their boards so far. Had some medium flex bindings on the board and I was pleased with the response of the board. Not overly flexy ( bought the 155 and I'm only about 135 so.... ) but does the trick.
"Excess Can Be good" 4/13/2010

  • Name: 2007 Forum First Chair 24Pk
  • Pros:  Quality Materials Used, Still Fresh, 24 pack vs just one!

Experience:   When I ordered these I wasn't sure how well they would stick considering they are from 2007 but they exceeded my expectations. Must have, throw a pack into your cart!
"Makes me want to go snowboarding" 4/12/2010

  • Name: 2010 Sierra Ready to Butter
  • Pros:  Brown is mocha brown,
  • Cons:  None,
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L
  • Description:  Standard transfer t-shirt. Doesn't hug your body, etc.

Experience:   After receiving this t-shirt I can truthfully say I am happy with my decision. The sheer fact that I had three people stop and ask me what toast had to do with snowboarding has me contemplating buying some more of Sierra's unique t-shirts. Definitely a good buy.

  • Name: 2010 Dakine Supertune Base Cleaner 8oz
  • Pros:  Gets your base nice and clean, Can get sticker residue off top sheet of board,

Experience:   Used to clean base before applying my pre-season coat of wax. Worked as advertised. My buddy used it to get the price sticker off of his board after he bought it. ( sticker residue be gone! )

"Soft! " 6/6/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (1) No

  • Name: 2009 Burton Buffer
  • Pros:  VERY SOFT and comfy Added support really seemed to help in my opinion
  • Cons:  Wear out fairly quickly for a pair of socks that retail for $20.

Experience:   Overall I'm happy with my purchase. I'd buy this pair of socks again or at least buy another pair of socks from sierrasnowboard. They seem to know the product that they sell.
