"burton veil onesie" 4/28/2009
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Burton Veil One Piece Womens
  • Pros:  Breathable, Durable, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof
  • Description:  WEATHER: Cloudy and Cold, Cold and Blustery Day, Snow and Rain Mixed, CHEST: Feels true to size, BODY: Feels too long, INSEAM: Feels too long,

Experience:   i expected this to be a little long as i am only 5'3. i love this ones-y and i got so many compliments! very warm, has more pockets than i know what to do with, and looks good on. one major downside i find is using the bathroom in it, but i think i mastered the art of going potty in the ones-y: you have to zip it down to ur waist, tie the arms together, then continue to scoot it down to ur knees with the sleeves and hoodie tucked into the outfit. hope that's helpful :)

  • Name: 2009 Burton Jane Womens
  • Pros:  nice color (bought the peacock blue)
  • Cons:  slips forward/backward easily, esp when adjusting or removing goggles. i like a tighter fitting beanie and these stretch easily.

  • Name: 2009 Burton Gore Tex Womens
  • Pros:  top to bottom, inside and out = perfect!

Experience:   i got the black and white ones this season and im not sure how i survived with any other gloves before. the gauntlet is high enough that the cuff of my jacket fits in it and i can tighten it, meaning no snow in my sleeves, even when i wipeout! the wrist straps tighten securely meaning the glove is nice and snug. and lastly, the red liners are awesome as my hands are always cold and these really help to keep them warm. i would highly recommend buying this product....oh and also, a friend of mine complained that its hard to buckle the straps of your bindings with mitts on. i didnt have a problem with this, but you could always take off the mitts to strap on your bindings as it has straps you can wrap around your wrists so you wont have to worry about losing them.

  • Name: 2009 Burton Lodi Womens
  • Skill:  Intermediate
  • Pros:  Heel hold, Comfortable, Durable, Traction, Good quality, Warm, Breathable, Waterproofing, Easy in & out, Well known brand
  • Cons:  Hard to lace, Not warm
  • Fit:  average

Experience:   for the most part, these boots are warm and comfy. on really cold days, my toes do get cold though (probably why the liner comes equipped with hot pockets). i have a hard time lacing them up really tight but that may be because im a wuss. anywho, should mention that the black boots have white polka dots all over 'em. theyre pretty cute. you'll have to check out burton.com to see what im talking about.

  • Name: 2009 Lib Tech Skate Banana Assorted
  • Skill:  Intermediate
  • Use:  Boxes,Carving,Groomers,Jumps,Powder,Rails
  • Pros:  Durable, lightweight, Easy to carve, poppy, Stable at high speeds, Popular model, Strong edgehold, Great value, Popular on mountain, Soft, Well known brand
  • Cons:  Top sheet scratches

Experience:   myself + 6 of my buddies own this board, so when we go boarding people are always asking if it lives up to all the hype. well if we all own it, there must be something special about this board. the design is pretty plain but i think how it rides is more important so i can live with it.
"i <3 burton lush" 3/9/2009

  • Name: 2009 Burton Lush Snowboard Jacket Women's
  • Pros:  Breathable, Durable, Lightweight, Warm, Waterproof
  • Description:  WEATHER: Spring Day, Blue Bird Powder Day, Cloudy and Cold, Cold and Blustery Day, Snow and Rain Mixed, CHEST: Feels true to size, BODY: Feels true to length, INSEAM: Feels true to length,

Experience:   this jacket looks better in person than on the models above. the jacket looks too boxy on them, but it is actually more tailored and slim fitting. i bought a size s and i am 5'3, 115 lbs and it fits perfect. i've worn this jacket on bright sunny days and on rainy/snowy days and it still is able to keep me dry and comfortable. highly recommended!
