"you don't buy them, you rent them" 4/10/2010
Helpful Review?   (1) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Dakine Cross Studs
  • Pros:  look cool,
  • Cons:  adhesive falls off,

Experience:   pretty much says it all ... I cleaned my board and everything before applying, but these just fell right off
"Steez + Function" 4/14/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 686 Levi
  • Pros:  steezy, get lots of compliments, vents make it versatile, recco for all that VT pow
  • Cons:  It is really big, did i mention it is big,
  • Pant Fit:  Too big
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  XL
  • Description:  it is baggy, fo'sho! Levi tag says 36

Experience:   What a great set of pants. Steezy. As Louie Vito says, they are just proper. They are just big though and I have them bunched up in the waist when I put a belt on, but it's all good
"story of my life" 4/10/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2007 Forum First Chair 24Pk
  • Pros:  great saying, simple design,

Experience:   just a great sticker to tack on your board (assuming you are of age!), more subtle than such a logo/brand sticker you see.
"ok, they are skier socks, so what" 4/10/2010
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Fox River Mills Med Volume Anatomical Fit Mid Weight
  • Pros:  thin, contoured to your foot,
  • Cons:  might be a bit cold for some,
  • Fit:  Just right
  • My Size:  L
  • Fits Like:  L
  • Description:  fitted and thin

Experience:   awesome sock for my everyday riding. I love how the contour fits your foot. OK, so they are skier socks. Tell your boys to stuff it. Also love how they have different L/R for arch fit. Might be cold if you are constantly cold in your feet, but I rarely have that problem, even riding in VT. I stocked up on 4 pairs of these.
"sick tool" 11/22/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2010 686 Original Snow Tool
  • Pros:  convenient, steezy,
  • Cons:  expensive,

Experience:   I needed a quick binding adjustment during an epic pow day but forgot my bullet tool to do it. Low and behold a buddy of mine comes up with this belt and boom! I moved my stance back a bit and it saved the day and my back leg. Bought one of my own after that. Bullet tool still better for ratchet action, but you have to wear a belt anyway, might as be one you can use. Plus bottle opener ... need I say more?
"Burton Hood Review" 2/25/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2008 Burton Hood
  • Pros:  Durable, Warm
  • Description:  WEATHER: Spring Day, Blue Bird Powder Day, Cloudy and Cold, Cold and Blustery Day, Snow and Rain Mixed, Sleet, CHEST: Feels true to size, BODY: Feels true to length, INSEAM: Feels true to length,

Experience:   I love this coat. My wife hates it so I know that it must be super steezy. Starting to see more people with it, and that's a problem.
"It's ok" 2/19/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 686 Times Levi''s Type 1
  • Description:  WEATHER: Spring Day, Blue Bird Powder Day, Cloudy and Cold, Cold and Blustery Day, Snow and Rain Mixed, Sleet, Storming and White Out, CHEST: Feels too big, BODY: Feels true to length, INSEAM: Feels true to length,

Experience:   it was a fine jacket but I returned it. I thought the jeans material was going to be more steezy and fabric like, bit it was just a nylon like jacket that sorta looked like jeans. Wool collar was super comfy though. In all, I just didn't fall in love with the coat as much as I did when I saw it online.
"Sick all mountain boot" 2/19/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Burton Ruler
  • Skill:  Advanced
  • Pros:  Heel hold, Comfortable, Easy lacing, Good quality, Easy in & out, Well known brand, Popular model
  • Fit:  wide

Experience:   Great stiff boot. They really fixed the speed zone so no more hooking the upper zone. it is great for general riding anywhere on the mountain. Broke in quickly as well and was comfortable after just 4-5 runs.
"Burton CO2 Review" 2/2/2009

  • Name: 2009 Burton CO2
  • Skill:  Advanced
  • Pros:  Adjustability, Easy in & out, Boot hold, Lightweight, Well known brand

  • Name: 2009 Option Mirror
  • Skill:  Advanced
  • Use:  Groomers,Jumps
  • Pros:  Easy to carve, poppy, Strong edgehold, Stiff

Experience:   I have the 08 version ... I love this board. Great in the park, but it strong and stable enough to ride groomers with confidence. Poppy so great for ollies/nollies. Just an all around fun board.

  • Name: 2009 Burton Custom X
  • Skill:  Advanced
  • Use:  Carving,Groomers
  • Pros:  lightweight, Easy to carve, poppy, Strong edgehold, Stiff
  • Cons:  Too stiff

Experience:   It is good to go fast. Incredibly stable. Not great in the park and even worse in the bumps as it feels like a railroad tie. But good times if you want to rip hard.
