  • Name: 2009 Burton Ion
  • Skill:  Intermediate
  • Pros:  Heel hold, Easy lacing, Easy in & out, Popular model

Experience:   I demo-ed these and loved them, but to for the price tag that goes with them. I would love to add them to my list of stuff I own if I had the cash. The boots almost cost as much a new board.

"Good for season 1 or 2 rider" 3/1/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Burton Bullet Second
  • Skill:  Beginner
  • Use:  Boxes,Rails
  • Pros:  Durable, Easy to carve, Strong edgehold, Popular on mountain
  • Cons:  Too stiff, Heavy

Experience:   This the type of board you want when you first start riding. It won't make you fly down the mountain at balls out speed, but will allow you to build up your skills and prepare you for a lighter board next season.
"My Sack" 2/24/2009
Helpful Review?   (0) Yes    (0) No

  • Name: 2009 Burton Board Sack
  • Pros:  The bag fits all my gear, and the straps hold up well over time. I have the true black bag which looks better in real life than on the internet. Awesome price.
  • Cons:  Not enought padding on the noise and tail, I bought some foam to go over the tip and tail of my board while it is in the sack. If you do this the sack will be just a good as the $100 ones burton sells.

Experience:   My zipper sometimes gets stuck in the middle, it might just be my bag. I'm not sure if it is like that one all the sacks burton made.
