All items purchased online at trusnow.com are returnable if received within 30 days of the purchase date.
Items that are not returnable:
- Products that have been used
- Items not in a new condition
- Items not shipped with original packaging
- Manufacturer packaging used as shipping box
- Items received beyond 30 day period
- Gift certificates/store credits
All returned product has to be in a new unused condition in its original packaging. The only exception is items that have been damaged in shipping.
Damaged in Shipping:
If you receive a product that has been damaged in shipping, sign for the package but make a note
above your signature that the product has been "damaged" or "opened" and request that the delivery
company inspect the package. If you found the damage after the package has been delivered please call
866.956.5969. You will need to keep the packaging until it can be inspected by the carrier. Do not return
the merchandise yourself, we will process the claim for you and talk you through the process step by step.
If an item is damaged in shipping please contact us as soon as possible. Items that qualify for damaged
shipping claims will be replaced or refunded as soon as possible. The decision to refund or replace is made
at the discretion of our customer service department and is not guaranteed.
We honor all manufacturers warranties. Please review the manufacturers terms and conditions before
attempting to return an item to trusnow.com. Manufacturers warranties typically don't cover normal wear
and tear, impact damage or damage from negligent use.

To do an exchange (for example, if you want to purchase the same item in a different size), simply complete the online return process through your My Account page and create a new order for the item you would rather have.
Full refunds will be given when the return follows all criteria as stated in our return policy.
Form of Refund
Refunds will be given in the form the item was originally purchased.
If the original card is not available, the refund will be given as a store credit to the member account that purchased the item.
If the original purchase was made with a gift certificate, refund will be given in the form of store credit.
In the case that the original purchase was made with a combination of payment methods the refund will be distributed accordingly between those methods.
How To Return Online
- Order Status Link
This link is located in the top right corner of every page of trusnow.com.
By clicking the Order Status link (or My Account link) you should be taken to a page where you can manage your account online.
- Online Returns Link
Click on the Online Returns link under "Manage Your Account Online".
- Choose the order to return
Next, choose which order contained the item(s) you wish to return. You will see a list of orders that are still eligible for return. If you have any questions about whether an item is eligible for return, please refer to our Online Return Policy. Once you have selected which order the item(s) you wish to return was in, you will automatically be taken to the next step.
- Select which item you would like to return
This page will allow you to select which item(s) in the designated order will be returned. Select your individual items or choose to return the entire order. Once you have selected your item(s) click the button that says "Create Return". This will automatically take you to the next step.
*Note: Only select return entire order if you are sure you will be shipping everything back. Confirm your
return order and select the reason that you are returning the item(s)
This page will show you one item at a time. In this section you will select the reason you are returning your item(s). Once you have selected your reason for returning, you can leave us any comment you would like. Feel free to tell us anything pertaining to the return or just tell us something that will make us laugh. (You never know, it may increase the rate at which it is processed)

- Click Create Return Order button
- Ship your item(s)
- a. First you will print your packing slip. The packing slip will need to be shipped inside the packaging along with your return
- Finally, ship your item(s). Please remember to keep your Tracking Number for your records.
When can I expect my refund?
After delivery to our warehouse the item is inspected and the paperwork is given to a processing agent.
Once the return is finalized you will receive an email with your return confirmation. In some cases,
processing your return may take longer than the expected 10-14 business day time period.
How can I speed up the return process?
There are a few ways you can speed up the process.
- Upgrade your shipping method
- Request your refund be in the form of store credit (eliminates limbo time between us and your bank)
- Go snowboarding. Sure it won't actually speed anything up, but time flies when you're having fun.
