Who are these "Expert Members" and why should you care?

SierraSnowboard.com has recruited a handful of dedicated forum members to represent us and help customers in our 24/7 live customer chat. They have been chosen for various reasons, which include their obvious love of snow sports, the positive presence that they have shown throughout their time here on our site and their continued helpfulness when given the opportunity to help others.

These members were hand-selected for this particular task based on their abundance of knowledge of Sierra's overall store information and customer service knowledge base, as well as their extensive, and very useful, knowledge of the variety of product that we supply. Our Expert Members range in both age and gender, as well as geographical location, which gives our customers great variety in the knowledge base that they have at their fingertips, no matter the time of day.

Or, to put more simply: They love snowboarding. They love being on a site where other people love talking about snowboarding. And they like helping us out because we’re friends.
